This Web site "Web Site" ("Provider") is a service made available by Ultragen. Accessing and or continued use of this Web Site constitutes your agreement to be bound by the following Terms of Use and the Conditions as set out in the referenced elsewhere on this Web Site

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction. This Agreement shall be construed and interpreted according to the laws of Israel. Any suit or other action brought by LICENSEE under this Agreement shall be filed in Tel Aviv. In any suit or other action under this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to its reasonable attorney's fees.

12. Severability of Provisions. These Terms of Use incorporate by reference any notices contained on the Web Site including the; Copyright, Disclaimer, Listing Agreement and Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement with respect to access to and use of the Web Site. If any provision of these Terms of Use is unlawful, void or unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect their validity and enforceability.

13. Conformance with Law. You agree that your use of the Site shall not violate any applicable local, national or international law, including but not limited to any regulations having the force of law. Some jurisdictions may have restrictions on the use of the Internet by their residents.

LICENSEE shall indemnify and hold harmless Provider and its Licensors, development partners, agents, officers, directors, and employees harmless from and defend against any and all losses, costs, claims, judgments, damages, liabilities, demands or expenses including, without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees, which may arise out of or derive in any way, either directly or indirectly, from LICENSEE's use of THE PROVIDER WEB SITE or information, content, goods or services obtained or accessed by use of the WEB SITE as set forth herein or from LICENSEE's breach of this Agreement. LICENSEE ACKNOWLEDGES THAT INFORMATION, CONTENT, GOODS OR SERVICES OBTAINED OR ACCESSED BY USE OF THE PROVIDER WEB SITE MAY BE SUBJECT TO COPYRIGHT, TRADEMARK AND/OR OTHER RESTRICTIONS. LICENSEE SHALL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLYING WITH APPLICABLE COPYRIGHT, TRADEMARK AND/OR OTHER RESTRICTIONS ON THE USE OF INFORMATION, CONTENT, GOODS OR SERVICES OBTAINED OR ACCESSED BY USE OF THE LAWRESEARCH WEBSITE. Return Policy

STOP™ Kits can be returned within 30 days from the date of shipping for a full refund excluding shipping fees, handling and taxes that represent 35% of the purchase price. The product must be returned in its original box with original shipping documents included. The STOP™ Preparation Gel and STOP™  After Treatment Cream may not be returned and are yours to keep. The Stop device and original power supply must be undamaged, clean and in working order and if missing will be charged to the customer. Upon approval from the company, Ultragen Ltd. will provide refund to the Customer within 30 days of receipt of the return. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the Customer. A processing fee is charged due to the fact that the STOP™  device can not be resold upon its return.
