Stretch mark is a common problem among women, especially after rapid weight loss, and after pregnancy. It seems that 75-90 percent of the pregnant women tend to develop pregnancy st
retch marks during the 6th or 7th month of pregnancy.
Stretch marks do not represent a medical problem, but an aesthetic one. No women want to be seen with red and white stripes on the belly, tights, breasts or buttocks.
Most of the stretch marks creams in the market cannot really remove the marks and usually work on lightening the stretch mark and therefore make it less visible.
A woman who is determined not to develop stretch marks pregnancy can follow the tips below:
• Regular moisturizing on the belly, breast and thighs can prevent the skin from irritating and keeps the skin more flexible as the body expends. It is best to use simple oil.
• Healthy diet is important in order to nurture your skin. It is important to take the necessary prenatal vitamins.
• Drinking plenty of water and can keep the body hydrated and preserve elasticity.
• Keeping a steady weight gain is important during pregnancy in order to maintain a constant expansion of the skin.
• Tender exercises during and after giving birth can help reduce the appearance of stretch marks, as it promotes better circulation and improve the appearance of the skin.
Stretch marks removal isn’t easy and following these tips does not necessary mean that a woman can abstain from having pregnancy stretch marks. Therefore many women who are still very concerned about how their stretch marks appear consider cosmetic surgery as a last option.
A new home device just came into the market as a solution for women who are not satisfied with their stretch mark appearance, but still reluctant to have surgery. Body Contouring and Intimacy
Most people know about popular kinds of cosmetic surgery that target the facial features and the body. Only few are aware of the non-invasive alternatives for treatments of body and face.
We know that people are concerned about their overall appearance, and this means that any unattractive or unusual aspect of an individual’s appearance in his own eyes, whether it’s on the face or anywhere, can have negative consequences on his self image. A recent medical study entitled “Better sex from the knife? An intimate look at the effects of cosmetic surgery on sexual practices1” published in the Aesthetic Surgery Journal a medical peer reviewed publication, reported the results of a study focusing on the effects of body contouring on intimacy and sexual relationships.
In the study all the respondents were women, with a mean age of 38 years.
• More than 95% of respondents reported improvements in body image.
• Eighty percent of breast augmentation respondents and 50% of body surgery respondents declared improvements in sexual satisfaction.
• Fifty percent of breast and 60% of body respondents had changed to more provocative attire.
• Approximately 70% of the breast and body group testified that their partner’s sex life had been enhanced.
• More than 30% of breast patients and 50% of body patients reported an enhanced ability to achieve orgasm.
For some people, the only realistic or effective option for dealing with these issues is cosmetic surgery.
Surgical procedures of any sort always involve certain risks, as well as the necessity of significant recovery time.
In the last 10 years various non-invasive and non surgical treatments modalities have been developed for aging skin and body contouring. The gold standard technology emerging after the laser is radiofrequency (RF) treatments.
RF energy is a form of electromagnetic energy safe and effective for all skin colors and types. When applied to human skin tissues, rapidly oscillating electromagnetic fields cause movement of charged particles (electrons) within the skin tissue and the resultant electrical current generates internal heat proportional to the skin tissue electrical resistance. This source of heat has been extensively used in the past decades for surgery, hemostasis and tissue ablation. In recent years it has been applied as a means of shrinking redundant or lax connective tissues through the mechanism of collagen denaturation.
TriPollar RF technology is the 3rd generation in RF system and have undergone extensive clinical trials and has been the subject of peer-reviewed professional publications.
Clinical trials with TriPollar™ RF technology demonstrated:
Reduced Tummy circumference by up to 9 cm
Reduced Thigh circumference by up to 7 cm
Immediate Face lifting
Immediate reduction of Facial wrinkles and contours
Significant reduction of “double” Chin
Skin tightening after Liposuction
Tightening and fat reduction in Tummy after pregnancy
Improving texture and tightness of back-of-the-hand skin
Reduction of stretch marks and cellulite
Tightening of sagging skin: Before & After 6 weeks

Winter and your aging skin
We all know that we need to protect our skin from aging and getting wrinkles in the summer (and winter too) from the harmful effects of UV. But most people are not aware of the special need to nourish the ageing skin in the winter. Don’t fool your self thinking that the air is moist when it is raining. Winter is a season that is tough on your skin. Cool, dry conditions leave your hands and feet prone to painful cracks, splits and chapping. The dryness will also enhance the appearance of wrinkles you are working so hard to cure by using the best anti-aging skin care.
So what can you do to protect your ageing skin from the winter dryness?:
• Continue to use your anti aging products on a regular basis
• Drink plenty of water (yes those 8 glasses of water are important in the winter too)
• Use mild soaps – Harsh detergents and soaps will rob your skin of moisture and natural protection.
• Avoid those long hot baths…yes I love them too. It is better to take short warm showers. Long hot showers or baths will deplete your skin aging of essential oils and will increase skin dehydration.
• Apply the best anti aging moisturizer to your skin while it is slightly damp.
• Use a humidifier to add some moisture to heated rooms.
• Do not forget the sun block… (in the winter too)
Protecting our skin from aging process is essential but not satisfactory. You can also assist and prevent your skin from ageing by using the TriPollar STOP, which helps to postpone and reverse the signs of age. Using TriPollar STOP allows you to enjoy the beauty of your skin at the comfort of your home, treating wrinkles that were caused by aging, sun exposure, and other environmental aggressors.
TriPollar STOP is a self-administered clinical treatment, which should be used 2-3 times a week for 12-15 minutes each time. After 6-8 weeks you will be able to see significant reduction in facial wrinkles and fine lines, significant anti-aging results, and lifting of the facial skin.
